We are excited to have you join us this fall and we appreciate your support.
Communication is key to ensuring the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with the information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to ensure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE FALL 2024 SEASON:
SEPTEMBER 29TH, 2024: Meet & Greet - Times and locations are posted under SCHEDULES. Teams will meet the coaches for 30 minutes and then participate in their first 1-hour practice. Bring your mouthguard, jersey, and flag belt/flags!
OCTOBER 6TH, 2024 - Gainesville location ONLY: Meet & Greet - Times and locations are posted under SCHEDULES. Teams will meet the coaches for 30 minutes and then participate in their first 1-hour practice. Bring your mouthguard, jersey, and flag belt/flags!
OCTOBER 6TH, 2024 - Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Wellington locations only: 1st week of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to the game time listed on the schedule each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES.
OCTOBER 13TH, 2024 - Gainesville location ONLY: 1st week of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to the game time listed on the schedule each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES.
OCTOBER 20TH, 2024 - Palm City location ONLY: 1st week of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to the game time listed on the schedule each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES.
NOVEMBER 10TH, 2024 - Boca Raton, Palm City, & Pompano Beach locations ONLY: The last week of the season will be our Madden Playoffs. All teams will have at least one game scheduled today. Exact schedules for this date will be posted after the STANDINGS are finalized on Tuesday, November 5th. Madden teams may play an additional game for the championship game after the playoffs. Please note that Lombardi and Shula games may be adjusted to accommodate the playoffs schedule.
NOVEMBER 17TH, 2024*: League make-up date in case of inclement weather or facility issues during the season. Need to be determined by Tyreek Hill Flag Football Management.
NOVEMBER 17TH, 2024: Gainesville, Hollywood, Wellington/WPB locations ONLY: The last week of the season will be our Madden Playoffs. All teams will have at least one game scheduled today. Remember to add the make-up date to your schedule ahead of time, just in case it's needed for full participation!

*Dates are tentative and may change or be removed from the schedule based on the # of players registered for fall. Players are able to visit another league location for photos if unable to attend the date listed for the league they are participating in. Please let the photographer know if visiting from another league location.
EQUIPMENT:
NFL FLAG Jersey, Flag Belt/Flags, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flag belt, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be shipped directly to your home. A $12.99 shipping fee will be applied during registration. Your player MUST have a mouthguard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase one ONLINE (CREDIT CARD ONLY) for pick up on-site at the Game Day Tent for $5 (No Cash).
Shorts and/or pants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit a player's hand or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
Players can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.
MERCHANDISE CONCERNS:
If you are missing anything, received the wrong size, or have any questions in regard to your merchandise, please fill out a MERCHANDISE INQUIRY FORM.
DID YOU SUBMIT ALL BUDDY/COACH REQUESTS IN YOUR REGISTRATION?
Please make sure you have submitted any and all buddy/coach requests on your Fall registration, so you have a better chance of playing with friends and/or family. By doing this, we can move forward with a more seamless process for any requests submitted before the registration deadline, giving you a better chance of meeting your preferences. While we can't guarantee that all requests will be accommodated, we will do our absolute best to make decisions that benefit the league as a whole.
Just a heads up, players registered in their appropriate grade level will have priority in their specific division. If you're looking to play up 1 grade level to be with your requests, we will accommodate this if space allows. We will only consider moving players up if there is enough space available.
In addition, divisions may be split up just like our previous season if we receive enough registrations that require the breakdown. Your appreciation and understanding are incredibly helpful as we get closer to the start of the season.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL MY PLAYER(S) RECEIVE THEIR EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will send the rosters to our inventory department which will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belt, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouthguard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT WILL MY PLAYER NEED THIS SEASON?

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting on Wednesday, September 25th. You should hear from your coach within 48 hours after the meeting.
WILL THERE BE ANY PRACTICES DURING THE WEEK?
We are a recreational organization on a mission to make our favorite sport accessible, inclusive, and fun for every child who wants to play. Part of this mission is only requiring a 2-hour commitment from families each week allowing them time to participate in additional activities. Therefore, hosting additional practices prior to the start of the season or during the season aside from the team's scheduled time on the designated day.
WE ALREADY REGISTERED BUT DID NOT ADD JERSEY LETTERING. CAN IT STILL BE ADDED?
Jersey lettering is available until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, we no longer offer the option for jersey lettering to ensure delivery before the season begins. If interested in adding jersey lettering, please visit https://jerseyletteringguy.com/ and select your Season, State, and League, then enter your email address used for registration to find your player.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AFTER WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION BUT THE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING. CAN WE STILL PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once the registration has been completed, the optional merchandise can not be added to the initial order, however, families are welcome to shop our NFL Flag Fan Shop any time to rep their team or grab some official NFL Flag gear!
ARE THERE PLAYOFFS?
Yes, for our Madden divisions only (4th grade - 8th grade). The top 4 teams in each Madden division will participate in playoffs on the last week of the season. The top 2 teams in each Madden division will then play an additional game following for a Championship game. All other divisions (PreK - 3rd Grade) will not have playoffs but still have a game scheduled for the last week of the season.
