The 2024 Touchdown For Tots fall season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.
Communication is key to ensuring the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with the information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to ensure that messages do not get lost in your junk or spam mail folder.

Fall registration opens on May 1st, 2024, and will close on August 25th, 2024. After the initial registration deadline, late registration will open based on teams' availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full, we will build a waitlist and fill openings from the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $10.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy and Coach requests are less likely to be met for late registrants or waitlist players.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE FALL 2024 SEASON:
MAY 31ST, 2024: Fall registration opens.
AUGUST 25TH, 2024: Initial registration closes. Today is the last day for a guaranteed spot on a team.
AUGUST 26TH, 2024: Late registration opens. Limited space, based upon availability per age division. A $10 late fee will apply.
AUGUST 26TH UNTIL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF SEASON: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.
TBD @ 8 PM EST - MANDATORY COACHES TRAINING: Virtual Coaches meeting for all volunteer coaches and team managers at all Florida league locations. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball once their background check clears and they have been assigned to a team after the initial registration closes. A separate email will be sent out to RSVP for the meeting with the Zoom link.
1 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF SEASON: All rosters and schedules will be posted.
WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 22ND: Player's Touchdown For Tots T-shirt, flags/flag belt, and optional merchandise purchased during registration will be arriving at the shipping address provided with registration.
SEPTEMBER 29TH, 2024: FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE - Times and field #'s are posted 1 week prior to the start of the season under SCHEDULES. Teams will meet the coaches then participate in their first 1-hour practice on the field. Bring your mouthguard, Tots t-shirt, and flag belt/flags.
NOVEMBER 3RD, 2024: Last weekly session of the season. Participants will receive their award for completing the program.
NOVEMBER 10TH, 2024: Make-up date in case of inclement weather or facility issues during the season. Need to be determined by Tyreek Hill Flag Football Management.

*Dates are tentative and may change or be removed from the schedule based on the # of players registered for . Players are able to visit another league location for photos if unable to attend the date listed for the league they are participating in. Please let the photographer know if visiting from another league location.
EQUIPMENT:
Tots T-shirt, Flag Belt/Flags, and a mouthguard must be worn each week to practice. The Touchdown for Tots t-shirt, flags/flag belt, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be shipped directly to your home. A $12.99 shipping fee will be applied during registration. Your player MUST have a mouthguard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase one ONLINE for pick up on-site at the Game Day Tent for $5.
Shorts and/or pants without pockets are to be worn during all practices. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit a player's hand or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
Players can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.
MERCHANDISE CONCERNS:
If you are missing anything, received the wrong size, or have any questions in regard to your merchandise, please fill out a MERCHANDISE INQUIRY FORM.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL MY PLAYER(S) RECEIVE THEIR EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will send the rosters to our inventory department which will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your Touchdown for Tots T-shirt, flag belt/flags, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouthguard to every practice. They will be available at the field for $5 (credit card purchase only) each week.
WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting prior to the season on TBD. You should hear from your coach before the first practice on Sunday, September 29th.
WILL TOUCHDOWN FOR TOTS PARTICIPANTS PLAY ANY GAMES?
No, Tots participants do not have any scheduled games during their program. Touchdown for Tots is only a 1-hour commitment for 6 weeks. However, towards the end of the program, Tots participants will have scrimmages during their 1-hour session.
WE ALREADY REGISTERED BUT DID NOT ADD JERSEY LETTERING. CAN IT STILL BE ADDED?
Jersey lettering is available until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, we no longer offer the option for jersey lettering to ensure delivery before the season begins. If interested in adding jersey lettering, please visit https://jerseyletteringguy.com/ and select your Season, State, and League, then enter your email address used for registration to find your player.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AFTER WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION BUT THE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING. CAN WE STILL PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once the registration has been completed, the optional merchandise can not be added to the initial order, however, families are welcome to shop our NFL Flag Fan Shop any time to rep their team or grab some official NFL Flag gear!
